By paying for your rack rental, you agree to the following terms and conditions
1) Rack Rental Fees

Non-refundable: Rack rental fees are non-refundable.
Extensions: Pricing applies at the time of booking only. Extension requests made during the rental period follow the same pricing structure: +1 week €99, +2 weeks €159, +3 weeks €199 (full rack pricing).
2) Brand Policy: Fast Fashion Not Accepted
Not accepted: fast fashion brands (including, but not limited to) AliExpress, ASOS (incl. own label), Bershka, Boohoo, Brandy Melville, C&A, Cider, Cotton On, Fashion Nova, Forever 21, GAP, H&M, JACK & JONES, Kiabi, KiK, Lefties, Mango, Missguided, Monki, NAME IT, Nasty Gal, New Yorker, Old Navy, ONLY, & Other Stories, Oysho, Pepco, PIECES, PrettyLittleThing, Primark, Pull&Bear, River Island, Romwe, SELECTED, SHEIN, Stradivarius, Takko Fashion, Temu, Topshop, UNIQLO, Urban Outfitters, VERO MODA, VILA, Weekday, Wibra, Wish, Zaful, Zara, Zeeman.
Exceptions: COS, Massimo Dutti and ARKET are permitted only for classic/core items (e.g., coats, wool knitwear, leather shoes, tailoring). Trend-led items may be removed at our discretion
3) Item Eligibility and Condition Standards
Prohibited items: No stolen, counterfeit, dirty, or explicit items may be sold. If such items are found, they will be removed and we will request your collection.
Condition checks (intake and ongoing): All items are quality-checked on arrival and must be delivered in pristine condition: no holes, no stains/dirt, no bad odours, and no faults/defects (including broken zips/buttons, damaged seams, missing parts, or other damage). Items that do not meet these standards may be refused on intake or removed from the rack at any time and held for collection.
4) Rack Capacity and Replenishment
Capacity: Rack capacity is limited to 35–40 hanging items, plus 2 pairs of shoes and 3 accessories (e.g., handbags and jewellery).
Adding items: You may bring additional items during your rental period as items sell. We do not offer storage for additional items; please bring replacements to the store when you want to add them.
No container storage: We do not offer storage for containers used to transport items (e.g., suitcases).
5) Pricing, Product Information, and Tagging
Pricing system: Use Circle Hand to price items. You must upload and price all items before dropping them off at the store. We are happy to offer pricing guidance, but we cannot upload items on your behalf.
Descriptions: Item descriptions must be clear and include the brand, garment type, and size (where possible).
Barcodes: Barcodes must be securely attached upon arrival.
Hangers: Hangers are provided; please leave them behind after your rental ends
6) Merchandising and Store Presentation
Colour coordination: We colour-coordinate the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. If you prefer that we do not colour-coordinate your items, please notify us in advance and we will keep them on their original rack; at the end of your rental period, all of your items will be returned to your original rack.
Store layout: Items may be moved within the store to harmonise the space and improve the customer experience. If you do not want your items moved beyond your rack area, please notify us in advance.
Try-ons: Our team will tidy the store and return customer try-ons to your rack before your pickup.
Fire safety: For fire safety, no items may be placed in front of your rack.
Marketing permission: You give permission for us to promote your items on social media and in store.
7) Loss, Theft, and Damage Disclaimer
We endeavour to deter theft but do not accept responsibility for stolen or damaged items. In cases of suspected theft, the store will be checked and theft cases will be reported to the police.
We are not liable for damage caused by fire, water, burglary, vandalism, or anything beyond our control.
8) End of Rental, Collection, and Unclaimed Items
Pack-up window: Please arrive between 12:00–17:00 to pack up your rack at the end of your rental period.
Assisted pack-up and late collection: If you need us to pack up your rack, we charge €30. If items are left behind after your rental ends, we charge €30 per day until collected.
Donation policy: After 7 days with no contact, we reserve the right to donate any unsold items. Please specify in advance if you would like items donated at the end of your rental.
Misplaced/unclaimed items: Misplaced items will be held for 2 weeks and then become the property of OurCloset if not claimed.
9) Sales Commission and Payouts
Commission: All items sold will be paid out minus 25% commission.
Payout timing: Payouts are processed within 7 business days after your rental ends.
10) Refunds and Exchanges (Customers)
No refunds or exchanges. All items belong to individual rack holders and are pre-loved or vintage and may have been altered. Please inspect carefully before purchasing.
